I have wagered on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is centered on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very exciting at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you see gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.
Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original $5 wager
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet $20
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $40 bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the first $80 bet
Wager $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
